Prices change, services evolve and opening hours move. A managed plan gives you a defined allowance for updates instead of leaving every change as a separate mystery. Launch includes one website update per month, Presence includes three, and Momentum includes unlimited minor updates.
Know what counts as a bigger job
A small content change and a new booking system are different pieces of work. New sections, major redesigns, complex integrations and larger changes are scoped separately. We confirm what is included and what needs a quote before starting.
Hosting, security and backups
Managed plans include hosting, security and backups. Build-only hosting starts from $52 per month and includes SSL, daily backups, security patching, uptime monitoring and support when something breaks. Full editing access comes with the build-only option; ongoing content management is separate.
Useful information, at the right frequency
Launch includes quarterly reports; Presence includes monthly reports; Momentum adds monthly reporting with growth insights. Reporting should support a practical next conversation about your website, rather than imply that every metric is a lead or every improvement guarantees growth.
Support and expectations
Tell us what has changed and what you want the website to do. We agree the next step and flag work outside the plan. Priority support is included in Presence and Momentum. Any required response-time commitments should be discussed and documented; the site does not promise round-the-clock support.
Your plan, without surprises
Month-to-month setup fees apply; they are waived on 12-month plans. Before signing up, confirm the full price, term, cancellation notice, account access and handover arrangements. Your domain and content remain yours.

Can I manage the content myself?
The build-only option includes full editing access. If you prefer us to handle routine changes, compare the managed plans and their update allowances.
Are large changes included in unlimited minor updates?
No. Momentum’s allowance is for minor updates. Larger changes, new functionality and substantial page work are discussed and scoped separately.
Can you take over an existing website?
Share its address and tell us how it is currently hosted and managed. We need to review the platform, access and condition before confirming whether ongoing care or a rebuild is the better fit.
