We check eligibility and agree exactly what we’re building before we start. You choose an appropriate Shopify plan and pay Shopify directly. We don’t add a separate PresenceOS sales commission under this offer.

We look at the work involved: how your products are organised, what variants they need and whether your photos, prices and descriptions are ready. Then we agree a sensible plan for your store.
Already have a product spreadsheet or an export from your current system? Great. Share it in your brief. If your catalogue needs extensive clean-up, manual entry or new content, we’ll explain that before accepting the scope.
A bigger catalogue is welcome. An agreed scope keeps everyone happy.

Is the whole website free to run?
No. The agreed PresenceOS build is free for approved projects. You pay for your Shopify subscription, payment processing, applicable transaction fees, domain and any paid theme or apps you approve. We explain these before you proceed.
Is there a limit on the number of products?
There is no fixed PresenceOS product-count cap for this offer. Tell us about your full catalogue. We assess the structure, variants and quality of your product data, then agree the import, setup and launch scope. A large, organised catalogue can be a better fit than a small one that needs every photo and description created from scratch.
What makes a business a good fit?
An established retailer, maker or product brand with a clear offer and products ready to sell is a strong starting point. New businesses are welcome too if their products, pricing and launch plans are ready. Approval depends on the project scope and eligibility for our Shopify Partner revenue model.
How do you earn if you don’t charge for the build?
Shopify can pay us partner revenue for eligible stores we build and transfer through its program. That supports the free-build model. You pay Shopify’s applicable charges; we do not add a separate PresenceOS sales commission under this offer. Program eligibility and terms apply.
I already have a Shopify account. Can I still apply?
Yes, tell us what you already have before changing anything. Access to an existing store does not automatically qualify for partner revenue. We check your situation first and confirm whether the free-build offer applies. Please speak with us before starting a new paid Shopify store for this project.
What about migrations, custom features or messy product data?
We review them before accepting the project. A complex migration, custom app, specialist integration, product photography or extensive data clean-up may need separately quoted work. Nothing extra starts without your agreement.
Can you manage the store for me?
Yes. Optional management plans start at $179/month, with defined update allowances, reporting and support. The $0 option covers the agreed build and handover only. Shopify charges remain separate, and you remain responsible for fulfilling customer orders.
Who owns and manages the store?
You own the store after handover and control the Shopify account, products and orders. We walk you through the everyday tasks. Choose build-only to manage it yourself, or add a monthly PresenceOS management plan from $179. Any continued access for us is by agreement. Shopify subscriptions and running costs remain separate.
How long does the build take?
We agree a realistic timeline after reviewing your catalogue, content and required features. The free website preview mentioned elsewhere on our site is not a promise to build an entire ecommerce store in 24 hours.
